Whether you're trying to get validation from your father or trying to impress the opposite sex or feeding your own ego.

List your bad habits. List your strengths.
Bad habits are anything that keeps you from emotional, financial, spiritual growth.
Have a belief system.
This is your compass that will help you navigate through life.
